Spinney Mountain Conditions
The park will open to shore fishing for the season at 6:22 a.m. on Friday, March 27, 2009. Both boat ramps will remain closed and trailered vessels will be prohibited. Only hand carried vessels will be allowed on the lake until April 4th, 2009.
