I caught 3 today, and got pictures of two of them ( the better of the 3). My first of the day was about 5lbs, and the latter I assume to be 10lbs and 12 lbs respectively. My scale I got decided not to work when I went to weigh them, so I used my sneaker ( size 16) and a 9volt battery to get some scale on the pictures.
The weather was rather disappointing. Yesterday, It was all stormy and whatnot, and the water was near glasslike. Today, its sunny, a slight breeze, and its like I’m surfishing. 2-3 foot waves in the cove i was in when it got really gusty! I’ve never seen a wackier place to fish than this Lake Mead.
Was a good day nonetheless. I got in two naps as well [angelic]
