I’ve been going to Floyd Lamb for a little while now and i’ve always found it a nice place to relax for the day and fish. I just found this forum and wanted to share some of the catches me and my dad have had over the past 3-4 years there.

What did that big goldfish (koi/carp?) eat to get caught by you?
I saw a group of decent sized carp just trolling the whole edge of the pond 10-15 feet out, coming passed us every 30 minuets or so. So I just put a few pieces of corn, and a ball of bread on the tip of the hook. Sure enough when they came by one of them picked it up, and it just happened to be that koi.
Nice, they are suckers for corn and bread.
