Huge blueguill aren’t spawning yet but they are already hitting… on the bottom about 8 feet… to 10 feet… red worms … im catching a shit load…
once the spawn starts ill move in close to bank and go about two foot of bottom…
right now pre spawn … fish the bottom for them with worms..
clean up slab good bream.
fish them like catfish… put a couple weights on the bottom and the hook about 12 in up … with small red worms … the big slab brim are starting to get active…

i got like 30 yesterday… didn’t take a photo … no reason to…
but right now about 20 to 30 yards away from shore with that setup and you will bring home some slabs…
