Hit willard today from about 9am to about 1pm. And the results? Zero, Nadda, Zilch! I pulled every “willard” crank I had, fast and slow, deep and shallow, around the island, freeway bay, south west corner, out in the freakin middle. NOTHING 
I’m sure one of the problems was the massive schools of bait fish i was marking, especially at freeway. But hey, I did snag a black and silver countdown rapala with about 70yards of line on it, still would have rather had a fish on the end!

As fishnfool suggested, Stop trolling and try casting, jigging, or bottom bouncing.
For some reason I can’t catch the dang fish on jig’s but have caught them on bouncers.good suggestions.
i bottom bounced last saturday and trolled a bunch. Good advice. I’ll start casting. Still looking for that 1st wiper.
I trolled up there that day, too. I only caught three catfish. I spoke to two other guys who hadn’t had a bite.
