I knew with the temp change everyone would be trying deep. We took a chance and fished shallow all day. No boats, no waves, no traffic, no problems. The grass has been growing fast on the lake so we fished shallow cover. Didn't take long and we had a small limit in the boat…around 7am. We culled and culled all day but only gained ounces. We fished senkos, shakeys, cranks, swim jigs, and cranks. Most of the fish were caught on plastics(no deeper than 6ft of water). We ended up catching 25+ bass for the day so it was awesome win or lose. Weighed 7.59 for the day and enjoyed none the less. THEY ARE STILL SHALLOW! <br />
