Some scud patterns use a bead & wire where as others use lead wire. I have started tying both but have yet to give them a bath. Which method do you prefer?
No beads, but wire and at times Mono. We are talking ribbing right. I also like the easy way. Using Ostrich for the bodies. I do weight them with the non lead underwire also.
Just curious - why do you have such a large vacant spot above your post? Did you try to upload a picture? Will PM Dre` if this is another problem needing attention.
