Any one have a report on the ice at Scofield? Also the ice at strawberry. Thanks

I read on here that the ice is pulled back about 20 yards in places at Strawberry. Scofield usually clears earlier so it may be better.

Just called Heber Ranger District and they said Strawberry is open enough to fish but not to launch a boat. I have a call in to Scofield State Park and expect a call back sometime. I’ll post when I hear.

The DWR Fishing Report has been updated today for both lakes. Scofield is 90% clear and Soldier Creek has a lot of open water around the shore. They expect the entire lake to be ice-free within two weeks.

Thanks for the info. Scofield will be good fishing this tear. Can’t wait.
