Personally I like Chris’ pond near the net with inflated crawlers dipped in garlic sauce. Ohh, the all white mini jig also works great over there.

Ed Schafer and Jim Valdez from the Native Sun and I fished there last Thursday and had about 50 fish between the 3 of us. Nothing huge but a lot of fun on 2# line and a 9 foot ultra light rod.

I also saw a guy there that was basically fly-lining Power Bait with a little split shot and he was getting bit real well also.

Im in for Friday at Santa Ana River Lakes that sounds kick ass. We will throw a jig out at the rest of the Crew. After
THE ANGLERS last post it will be nice not looking over our backs while tuggin’ on large mouth.
