Which place would be best to catch some perch rockport or echo? Also where to fish at echo? I will have a ice hut so don’t want to have to big of a hike. If the perch are not biting which is better for trout? Going this sat. Thanks for the info.
Im gonna say Echo, Ive been ther twice and iced over a 100 perch with no finder and only cutting 4 holes… echo is great!!

[:)]hey fishfinder462 glad to see you are doing well with the perch at echo. How is it getting on and off the ice as it usually is a little tricky because they are filling the lake and it’s usually thin around the edges. Have you been getting any bigger perch
Last Sat was alot of slush but not too bad…maybe 3in atmost, otherwise 6in of snow at most it’s all good…

I’ve never fished echo before. Where is the best place to fish? Also will it be easy to pull a ice hut to that spot? What depth were you fishing at? I’m taking 2 friends that don’t ice fish so I hope to get them hooked. Thanks for the info.
