T dog and I. Yes my first mate is a stafashire Pit. headed out for some striper fishing on the Roanoke. Fished Williamston on Wednesday and Oak city on Friday. Bif 0 on both locals. I did pick up a catfish on the first trip and a largemouth bass on second. I guess this northern boy can’t hook onto a southern striper to save my life. But both days in the upper 70"s and lots of hawks, Carp and a school of alligator gar to past the time.new area in hamilton will be a new challenge. Just what I need. LOL I think I’ll be driving the hour to Janesville to bass fish. Last day for us is Monday, but I have an electrician coming over to write for heat pump. Moving has messed my fishing up big time. Ok boys lets hear your stories.
Well at least you are getting out a little more now, too bad those stripers did not want to play but no skunk, so that is good. Hope you have time this Spring/ Summer to figure out your new area.
