I have caught many fish on the shallow shad rap as well. Caught a 14 inch crappie, bass, trout, and even blue gill. I think it is one of the best lures I have ever used. I am also curious to try the new Shallow X-rap generation of the shallow shad rap. The bass picture in my profile was caught on a shallow shad rap in the blue gill color. Tight Lines Ya All!
That’s my go to lure this time of year I’ve been catching most of my larger bass on it in pearl/black speckles since early October at my favorite ponds. One of the best lures to use in fall in my opinion.
