I feel almost silly asking this question…is there any ice left (fishable) on Pineview? It was very thick last time I was there so that is the only reason I would even ask…getting on the ice would be another story…

I haven’t been up there in 2 weeks now but I would think you could still get on the ice if you had a long plank or maybe if you go over by the Port ramp and get on by the boat docks, hopefully someone can give you some first hand info.

I’ve always wanted to take a flat bottom John boat down there this time of year, and push myself around with a push pole of some kind. You could go about anywhere, drill a hole while standing/sitting in the boat and fish away!
