looks like a heck of a project, I hope they get it done before Spring and I hope we get a lot of snow to fill the lake back up. There are walleyes waiting for me up there!

The plan is they will finish next month or the first of Jan, guess we will see what happens. From what it looks like, they just need to finish raising the new dike to the level of the rest of the dike.

I bet they are putting in a concrete riser box similar to what’s at the north end outlet, that crane was probably placing the pipe. Once the riser is in my guess is the temp dike is removed.

From what I heard, that is exactly what they are doing, putting in a concrete box but why would they bother to put all those big rocks around the coffer dam, when they are planning on removing them? I was also told they put in the pipe before they started building the coffer dam and it runs way out from the dam but who knows.
