I’ve fished Buzzards Bay in Macos rental boats and done well , but now I’m considering trying party boat fishing for the first time. I’ll be taking my fiancee,so I need to know what would be the easiest reel for her to use? I want something that will last us. I have all my own tackle ,but is it worth taking it all?Also what is one of the better party boats around???

Well, the Penn baitrunner is a real good spinning reel for most Cape fishing, especially if you’re going to do any livelining with eels, herring, etc.
As far as party boats go, I’d say call The Patriot Boats which run out of Falmouth and fish Nantucket Sound. Their phone # is: 800 734 0088…I think you’ll do real well with them and they can fill you in on gear stuff, also.
