Hitting ice-off at Panguitch Sat with my bro. Already heard some reports of nice tigers caught shallow along the quickly receding ice. Can’t wait! I’ll report back!

Thanks man! My brother snuck up there yesterday, said the lake is completely ice-free. He caught some nice bows, and a few big tigers. Can’t wait!

Went up Saturday, 6-26, and fished for Kokanee over by the dam.  Fishing was great.  I caught several Kokanee and kept four between 13"-15". Not the biggest Kokanee, but it was a lot of fun.

The water is really low and the boat ramp was completely out of the water.  I was a little nervous backing into the lake and only went back just far enough to push my 16’ boat off the trailer.  I would guess it’s not going to be possible to launch a boat for the rest of the year.

Has the water come up onto the ramp? Looked low about a month ago.

I’m glad you were able to launch. They must be pulling a bunch of water. We launched a week ago no problem. There is an extended ramp that goes out past the concrete a ways.

I really like fishing Electric lake even if the Kokes are small. What it lacks in size of fish, it makes up for in beautiful scenery.
