My name is Kevin and i live in Santa Clarita California with my wife and son. I started fishing at Castaic Lake as often as i can the past couple of years. I started noticing the float tubes out in the lagoon and though “that looks awesome!”
So for my birthday my wife bought me my first float tube. I have yet to get it out on the water and try it out. I don’t have everything i need such as fins or waders etc. I was curious if anyone out there float tube fishes the lagoon at Castaic and wouldn’t mind helping out a new comer.

Hi there Bigmoose and welcome. Have yet to tube Castaic although TubeN2 use to be a regular on that water way. Hopefully he’ll be back from one of his trips and clue you onto what the lake [lagoon] is all about.
