New Shimano Tiagra Reel

I recently encountered new models of Shimano Tiagra 20 II & 30 II while I was looking for a replacement for Penn International 16S. Is the Tiagra a better reel than the Penn?? Or can someone help me find the website that carries the specs of the Tiagra reel. I can’t find it. THKS!!!
