Hello everyone. Found this forum while looking for some fishing resources and thought I’d join.

I grew up in Minnesota - fishing MN and Canadian waters. I now live in Illinois, and miss the number of lakes in MN.

Looking forward to reading (and participating in) discussions. :slight_smile:

Thank you. I usually like to fish for walleye and northerns, but tend to catch my fair share of perch and crappies as well.

As for tackle, I grew up using live bait, so I tend to use mainly minnows and worms (various kinds). I’ve been looking into making my own lures, though, so maybe I’ll give that a shot in the next year.
