I took the boys out late last night for a little fishing up at Highland glen. I rigged my poles for cats, and left them sitting while i was fiddlin’ with the kid poles getting them rigged up. We got my youngest out there he’s almost 3 1/2 years old now, and not much after his second cast (with a little help from dad) caught his first rainbow. A nice little nine incher. While my poles sat motionless, it was still a good time and glad to instill a little excitement in my little boy.

That is so sweet when you start them young like that they like to go all the time I started my youngest at age 5 she is now 9 and out fishes me all the time its great! Nice pic and great story!
Thank you it was a lot of fun… I think the smile on his face says it all. The only cruddy thing about the trip was that I got skunked. Oh well, live to fish another day.
