Was there a week ago and did pretty well using buggers–orange seemed to be the best. Fishing wasn’t red hot but what we caught were pretty big. I also know that it has been recently stocked with little ones, so they are around as well.
Fishing was slow for minersville. Lots of planters were around, I guess they just stocked it a few days ago.
There was green alge all throughout the water column making fishing pretty tough, but we did manage to catch a few on balanced leeches, blobs, and FABs.
Water level is really high for this time of year too! Hopefully that means plenty of healthy fish in the spring.
