Lincoln Beach users

I am trying to put together a list of the members who regularly or occasionally use Lincoln Beach and surrounding area. This concerns a couple of projects/events I am working on. You could reply here or PM me. Thanks.

What kind of projects you have in mind and would it be usable hours for dedicated hunter hours?

LB is my second home during the summer.

Hey, folks, I didn’t want it to sound so mysterious but I didn’t have all the info yet and didn’t want to jump the gun. I will keep you informed as I learn more. It involves a volunteer project at Lincoln Beach but I don’t have all the details yet. The other thing is a fishing get together like we had last year. Stay tuned for details.

I’m not sure if it would work for Dedicated Hunter hours. Do they let you come up with your own projects or do you have to do just theirs?

it has to be DNR approved, most likely it would be wondering to be sure, I need To draw it first I guess. just a question you could ask them.

Yes, it is all approved. Did you see my PM to you?

Craig I use Lincoln Beach on a regular basis during the summer.

Okay everyone, see my recent post above for the exciting news.

Went there once to fish for the famous white bass walked about 20 feet . Looked around walked back to my truck seeing how I wasn’t current on all my shots . It looked like I just arrived at the local dump I swear I could see a old dishwasher sticking about half out of the water about 10 feet from shore . I have never In all my life seen a body of water so trashed and abused mistreated it looked like one of those camps where all the homeless people lived . With pole and tackle box of hand I vowed to never return

You know I have fished over 20 different states and in all my fishing days I have never fished in as much trash as in Utah.. I feel bad for my home state I have tried to organize trash clean up only to get maybe one or 2 guys to help .

I applaud your efforts and will support your efforts as much as I can keep up the good work

Craig, wife and I try to make 5 or 6 trips to UL each summer. Usually start out up at American Fork, then to LB for as many trips as the water depth stays enough to put the Tin-Can in.
So keep Tin-Can and Tin-Can’s Mate in mind.
