fished east canyon on sat with my fishn buddy trav… trolled basically all over the place. … we picked up fish from the surface to 30ft down.
caught fish every where from 10 ft of water too out in the middle of the lake over a hundred feet… we couldnt keep the lil guys off!!!
we could not find a fish over 15 " long… tried everything in the box!!! caught fish on everything from jointed rapalas to big husky jerks ( 5" ones outta the musky box!!) to small spoons and rooster tails.
we were catching 11 inch bows on 5 inch husky jerks!!! all in all it was a beautifull day with fish on the lines almost all the time…
wound up catching over 70 fish in 6 hrs… but not a single fish over 15 inches… which was supprising because i caught alot of 18 24 inch bows through the ice this last season… anyone know where the larger fish are in this lake??? any info would be appreciated…
