That photo is depressing! The original (extended) Bullfrog ramp is a half mile from the water! Can’t they just draw a line on the dam and say that’s it, we’re only releasing the exact same amount of water as inflows. Nope, they would rather take it all the way down until there is nothing but a river because no one is willing reduce consumption.
If only it were that simple.
