LAKE BUCHANAN: Water clear; 84 degrees; 1017.25’: Largemouth to 4 lbs. are fair early in 8’-15’ on 1/8 oz. Silver Shad Terminator buzzbaits(www.terminatorlures.com), 1/4 oz. Rat-L-Traps(www.rat-l-trap.com) and 6" watermelon/red Scoundrel worms(www.cremelure.com) on Whacky rigs worked around boat docks. Stripers are good on Hyper Striper jigs (www.kgenterprise.com) and tightlining live bait in 25’-30’ of water along mainlake points near the dam early and late in the day. Some topwater activity at daylight with fish in the 18’'-22" inch range. White Bass are slow along creek points jigging 1/4 oz. Pirk Minnows, 2" Lit’l Fishie Shads, chrome Tiny Traps early.
