Does anyone know if the North (from Cedar City) and South (from Zion side) roads to Kolob Reservoir open? I need to get into Del Webb High Adventure Base to pickup some tents. I would like to do some fishing also. If I can make it to Kolob Reservoir I have a Polaris Ranger to take deep into camp.
Hey you should be fine if you have a winch. If not wait for a couple reports. Cedar side is always last to open, late May. Zion is open by Memorial weekend.
Hey hedgesd I’m back. Great to hear from you. We have plans to go in around Memorial day possibly. We will be taken the camp Rangers with us to try and get into camp. Both have wenches. With the new pipe line going though our camp I am hoping the water district will be in there setting up. They are deverting water from Crystal creek to Kolob Reservoir. I am hoping they will have that done in a couple of years. I am hoping to do some fishing this summer at kolob since I’m working close by.

The main road from Cedar is still inaccessable, but you can get there through Virgin and the ice is mostly gone. Watch the weather, that is a bad place to get snowed in.
