The day was so nice I had to go bass fishing..
I got to the Nell at 12:30 and only 4 boats was on the lake air temp was 39 and water was 48.5 with light breeze…
I started by looking around with my depth finder, I found a few fish at 45’ and pulled out a nice 17" SM with my first drop not a bad start…
By the end of the day I had boated 14 bass from 13" to 17" and 2 browns from 20 1/2" to 26" long not a bad afternoon…
Got some pics? I’d like to see those browns. How deep did you catch the browns?
No pictures, it’s to hard to get a good picture when your a lone I like to have some one in with the fish…
They came out of 45’ to 50’ of water…
Are you using a minnow presentation on your dropshot? Also, did you graph fish or just fish one of your ‘go to’ spots when you caught the browns? I’ve never fished Jord. this late in the year and just trying to get an idea where to look for fish besides the normal deep points.
This year they are not in the same places as last year the water is lower this year…
I am graphing them but not on points and in the last two times I was up there they seem to be going deeper each time, this year is strange in they don’t seem to be in schools unless they are trout…
And yes I am drop shoting them …
