Went to joes valley on saturday. launched about six thirty trolled around all day. caught a few small splake and some skinny cuts. but mostly chubs. i was hoping to hook up with a tiger muskie. no such luck.
Welcome to the site Mkade, sounds like a fun trip even with catching all the chubs. How long have there been tiger musky in Joes Valley? Could be the water temps are too cold for the TM to be actively chasing trolled lures. I know it has been slow at pineview for that reason, IMO.

I think they started planting them three or four years ago. I read a report that some guy caught five tolling a bigger postmaster.
