Idaho Bass fishing is on fire

Caught another 25 LMB today including a 6 lb 2 oz. PIG. He wasnt very long but he was a FAT @$$!!!
TS

which water in ID did u fish that?

:sunglasses:Nice fish and Twin Lakes is a pretty spot to fish. Probably more Utahans fishing it than Idahoans on some weekends.

Please do not post large pic files. Yours are over 1 MB. Keep them under 300 KB for the convenience of members who have dialup service and cannot load big pics.

And put on a shirt !!

Sorry about the shirtless picture, you are suppose to be looking at the damn fish not me LOL!!![;)] Anyhow, I hit up Twin Lakes again this morning. I brought along a couple buddies that didnt believe that you can catch that many LMB, so I just had to prove them wrong. Total numbers for the day: ME- 18 LMB & 2 Rainbows, Dennis- 13 LMB, 1 Crappie, 1 Bluegill & 1 Rainbow, Arwin- 11 LMB & 3 Rainbows…ooooooh and he HOOKED me once too, so he got the big fish of the day award!!![pirate] Anyhow great day on the water again!!! TS P.S. Picture 2 is of a small LMB but look at the belly (hard to tell) on him, these LMB are FAT!!! Yesterdays 6.2 lber was only 19 1/2 in., but FAT!!!

Sorry about the pictures being big. I just read your post, but I am a computer idiot anyway so I have no idea how to shrink them with this new digital camera program my wife set me up with. My old digital was easy to shrink, but not now…technology I tell you!!!

Quit trying to divert people away from your Utah hotspots. There are no bass in Idaho. Anything said to the contrary is an outright lie.:sunglasses:

Nice Fish
Windriver

*At least you post your pics, some are still trying to do it! LOL *
*O - and about the shirt, :sunglasses:some guys just pick up on that first thing, Not me-it was the fish----:laughing:he-he *
Thanks for the great report, [crazy]I will need to pull out a map and find this place in ID. :astonished:kind of know but not sure how to get there.

Easy to get to!!! Go North of Logan into Idaho, hit the town of Preston, once you get to the North end of Preston the road is going to go right or left. Stay left and go about 6 miles and you will see the sign to turn left and just follow the road!!!

Great post never notice the shirt until it was brought up to busy checking out the nice fish thanks for sharing looks like one more lg. mouth option. I love the challenge of a new lake.:sunglasses:

Hopefully they are done “drawing” water off of the lake so that I can go camping/fishing up there over Labor Day weekend. If that is where I go I will post another report, but may just put it on the Idaho Board rather than both, we’ll see!!!
TS

I gotta say the best pic was definately the topless one. Don’t know what we are doing for labor day but we’ll definately have to go up there with you sometime. But you can’t have your shirt on all day.

[unsure][unsure] I heard that the irrigation company wants to lower the lake so they can remove the narrow channel and create one large lake. Just a rumor so far I havn’t been able to comfirm this.

Then what the hell is the point of calling it Twin Lakes[sly]!!! Well if that is their plan then the water is low enough for them to go in and complete their “project”. Hopefully they dont take anymore water out of it the rest of the year!!!
TS

What did you catch them on?

This is a true story. TFS, Me , and a bunch of friends webt up there Thursday night and had the boats in by 8:00 Fri morning. The fishing was great. We were the only 2 boats on the water all friday. They started showing up Sat when I left. My Friend and I boated around 40 fish the largest being a 2 lb 15 oz LMB. We also caught some Rainbows and Crappie. It was in sane in the afternoon. We had a few doubles and a couple times my friend had consecutive catches. Will post pics in a minute once I figure out how to shrink them. I am sure TFS will have something to say when he gets back tonight.

Well here are the pics. TFS can’t keep his damn shirt on. Sorry the biggun doesn’t look to big we just took a normal picture he didn’t try to hold it away from his body and I am not smart enough to photoshop it.

Yes, it was another great time out on the water at Twin. Thanks for coming up TFS, it was an awesome time, great fishing, and even better company!!! All of us ended up leaving yesterday (Sunday) since my generator went on the “fritz” Saturday night. We didnt even get up and go fishing the next morning, but I am kind of glad too, because you know it is a good couple days fishing when your thumb looks like grinded up hamburger and your hands feel as though you have “carpultunnel” from “holding on”!!! I only have a couple pictures here but now WE all know how many fish WE caught up there and I wasnt full of…poop!!!
TS

Nice looking Bass bro. Be sure to get some of those on the Bass Board section of the forums.

TFS! We would like to see your Bass over there too.:sunglasses:

What you couldn’t get up Sunday. Were you too exhausted from haveing to rough it with out the A/C.[:)] We should have came back up. I took Drew to Mantua today for a few hours. They had to have a Cop up there directing traffic trying to get boats in. We got him on a Bluegill and Debbie got one too. I just helped him. Well Hit me up lets get these boats in the water again this week.
