I’ve fished scofield and huntington a few times already..
Does anyone know of any other places that have safe ice to fish?

How has Scofield been when you’ve gone?
We caught 60+ near the dam. About 10 chubs and mix of cuttys and bows - Largest was 20" the rest were skinny. It’s always fun going there.

Yes sir, we’ve had some great luck there! Just a few pictures attached. Fishing has been fast and furious 
How thick was the ice? We were thinking of going this weekend…
Thinking about going Christmas Eve or day after Christmas to either or both of those lakes. Anything about where to go there and what to use would help! Then I can maybe talk my dad into taking me!
I have heard roomers of solider creek having ice and also mud creek! But not sure how much there is and how safe! But I it has been cold up there!

I fished on the ice both places last Saturday. Both places, the ice only goes part way out into the bay.
