I was going to refer you to The Minnow Man in Heber, but I see you already tried him. He probably hasn’t gotten a fresh supply this year. Sure wish that I could help you out.
I would suggest PM’ing fuzzyfisher. He alwasy seems to have a lead on some good bait fish.

That place by willard bay i dont remember its name but i bet theres a lot of folks here that do.I know they have huge chubs there. I was there a month ago and they had plenty so i would try them.Good luck.

don’t know were to get you chubs but i can take you to a place where you can catch all the 3-6" sucker minnows you want but it quit a ride from your part of the country about 30 miles west of SLC if your interested let me know

TROLLING POP GEAR AND CHUBS. I WAS THERE THIS WEEKEND AND THAT PRES WAS KICKIN BUT FOR THE 10 TO 15 POUNDERS. THREE GUYS FROM RICHFEILD WERE AT THE CLEANING STATION WITH 6 FISH FROM 12 TO 15 POUNDS. THEY CAUGHT 18 ONE DAY AND SIX THE NEXT. WE GOT BLOWN OFF WITH OUR GUIDE JIM. WE ONLY WERE ABLE TO FISH 2 HRS. JIGGIN IN WIND FOR LAKER IS A CHALLANGE!!!

Just returned from strawberry,just drop down in the cove by the soldier creek dam turn off,you can catch all you want as fast as you want (discusting little pieces of crap)their all over and range from about 6" to 10". Take them all PLEASE!!! Later Lonnie

I’m impressed, you catch those monster macks, and you still enjoy catching those huge catfish.
If you want chubs I hear atleast 1800 of em got dumped recently into the Provo River [;)]
