hey guys, with help from some guys on here i finally bought some gear, a ugly stick size 7, and a Shakespeare spinning rod..
now i need some help finding some water to fish, since i just moved here for school, maybe you guys can help me or forward me to a link that has info, i am in the SACRAMENTO area, and really need help finding somewhere to fish
I will find you some links. I used to fish around Nimbus Dam, Folsom Dam, Folsom Lake, Knights landing, Oroville Dam. If you like River fishing, you have the American River, Sacramento River, Feather River.

The sacramento river is a fantastic place to fish, as well as the california delta. You can also try driving to the ocean, and fish off a charter boat, or peir. California has great fishing, So you will like it here.
