It was off to a cool start on the new time this morning. A little fog on the water but almost no wind, (wind at my house was blowing like crazy!). We had a pretty consistant bite most all the time we were out, from about 7:30 'till 1:30 and we covered quite a bit of water catching a few here and a few there. Marlon was so excited that he threw both the TARPs back before I could even get a picture, saying, "We don't have time for pictures, the big ones are biting, emoLaugh " He caught two TARP Black Crappie and I caught two TARP White Crappie. We finished out the day with 56 Crappie, about 50 % were over 10 inches today, emoThumbsup Fishing docks and structure, mostly in about 15 FOW with water temps still around 60* and some current it was a fun day.
I caught a 15 & 3/4 White and a 16 & 1/4 White, the big boy fought like a bass except no jumps, just a lot of hard pulls, emoTongue We used BG Outlaw, Blue Ice, Ghost, and Crystal Shad mostly.
We saw Archie & Bob at the dock but didn't have time to swap stories with them as we were behind schedule.
Marlon kept about a dozen for the grease but we put all the TARPs back for someone else to catch at a later date, emoTongue
