Hey Kent, we released the cutt, it was small, only 10 inches, so nothing to brag about. I don’t think there are many in there.
Not sure if they allow a gas motor…we just used the electric. Took 2 batteries with us so it would last all day.
Those Tigers really do fight well. They are a blast to catch. Normally I just catch and release, but my wife said she’d like some fish to eat, so we brought a few home…only 8, not 9 Rob[:P].
Once again a big thanks to rgeenland and fuzzyfisher for all of the helpful info.
We did see a couple of guys in tube fishing with flies, but we didn’t see them catch any fish. I’d imagine since they are 1/2 Brown trout, that they aren’t as apt to take bait. I think they hit the flatfish for the sake of the strike, not for food. Just my opinion anyways.
