I was out fishing at Willard Bay N. Marian on the 31st and saw the tip of a pole sticking out of the newly fallen 6 inch deep snow. When I uncovered it I found the rest of the pole and reel with the line still going down the now frozen solid ice hole. So looks like someone just forgot to reel the line in and stick the pole back in their bucket before they went home.

Fished 9:30AM to 3PM. Drilled holes all over the marina. Only two light bites the whole day. Similar results from other people I talked to.
