You could take it with you but then leave a note. Either way, it’s great you are trying to find the owner.

If you found it in a walk in access area 
you can leave a note in the box, thats what I did when I lost my net.
I think it’s mine. It has a hinge one side. Holds hooks. And has some hooks with feathers inside. Yup, I nailed it.
