You can purchase and pay $10.00 for a YEARLY Wyoming Flaming Gorge recipicol license. You do need a valid Utah fishing license.
And they can be purchased at the Walmart in Rock Springs.
Also at Walmart in Evanston and at Benedict’s in Mountain View and I was told at Manila and at the Lucerne Campground/boat ramp area.
I usually get my reciprocal stamp at the Maverick in Mountain View, because they are always open but the Maverick in Green River Wy also has them.
Do you also need to buy the wy conservation license to fish the gorge with the recipricol license?

Thank you. When you buy the recipricol license online it prompts you to buy the conservation license. I am glad now that i didnt.
I thought I should mention another important bit of info. Don’t forget to buy your Wyoming invasive species stamp for your boat. It is $30 and you NEED to make sure you tell the clerk to mail the sticker to you otherwise you will never get it. Don’t ask me how I know. Last thing, get your boat checked and keep the receipt. Be honest about it. I will be forced to inflict harm to the person that spreads quagga or zebra mussels to the gorge;)
Agreed about quagga in the Gorge. IMO It will be a matter of if and not a matter of when. I spent 2 hours arranging a boat cleaning ahead of time and Wess from the Wyoming division of wildlife came down to my buddies house in Manila to do the work. 2 hours of fishing lost that day. Doing my part I guess.

I’ve purchased my last 2 at the walmart locations here in the salt lake valley. Sometimes that is a little bit easier than doing it in one of the little towns along the way to Manila.
Sure wish I had a normal work schedule right now so I could get up there with my friends and family this coming weekend.
