    I wish to expresss a hardy thank you to First Light.. The prize awarded me as the first, first place winner of the cartoon caption contest was awesome! I am thrilled to advise that the prize has been used to provide me with some great footwear and a couple, much needed, canvas shirts. (My favourite for the cold winter chills as the wind whips accross the ice.) Thanks to you my butt will stay warm and dry on those not so kind blustery Febuary days.
