Anyone been to Fish Lake recently and if yes is there any snow/slush on the ice? I would also be interested in a catching report.
was up there thrusday to sunday, i did not get much fishing in because i became ill the who trip. But the rest of the crew did very good fishing. The ice is a good 18" but the east side is turning into the slush monster. Fished the east side friday out from joe bush and it was very wet from the slush the fishing was okay. Saturday they fished just north west of the main lodge and the fishing was great. Took snowmobiles no problems,wheelers would not be good on the east side the snow is deeper there because of the wind. wheelers all over on the west side.
Kent I was up there Sunday and the Ice is still good and about 4" to 6" and no slush ice was 14" to about 18" and the fish was slow
