Wildlife Resources Commission invites anglers of all ages and skill levels to go fishing — for free.[/left] [left] [/left] [left]On July 4, from 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., anyone can fish any inland, public water in the state without having to purchase a license or trout stamp.
