Echo with my Cuddy Buddy.

Heading to Echo at daylight with my life.
Gonna down rig a bit out of the marina towards the dam and search for some perch and bass on the sonar.
Hopefully deploy the spot lock and fill the livewell.
Put an 8hp Tohatsu on last year and had to break it in and she’s ready to do some trolling. That little motor idles my boat around 8 mph, perfect for trout.
Front Minkota for slower (usually walleye) and spot lock.

White Tundra with my Targa 18er. Say hey if your around.

Hope you have a good trip at Echo tomorrow, Scott. Is that correct, your kicker only gets your boat down to 8 MPH?

At willard breaking it in yes.  I’ll see how she performs tomorrow.
She’s got fresh engine oil and lower end oil too.

Ya only got her down to .8 mph on my kicker.
On the water by 7:30 and started hooking immediately out of the marina.
1.3 mph, DR’s set to 16 and 26. One with green squid and dodger other with orange. Ran a leaded line out 100 ft with a broke back rainbow. All 3 setups produced well.
Brought home 4 nice 17" bows for the smoker.

Sounds like nice day on the lake, did you try for any perch?

Sounds like a nice day. I think I saw you in Riverdale about noon.
Sounds lik you did better than my brother, he was there most of morning.

Ya, Riverdale on our way home. Had to hit Sams to gas up the truck before parking the boat.
