Got a friend in from Texas and wants to go to Echo, I have never fished it and am going to fish off of bank somewhere does anybody have suggestions on where and what to use, any and all help will b appreciated
If you’re talking about Echo lake near Coalville I always do well off the bank south of the boatramp about 2-300 yards. Fairly easy access. Good ole Rainbow Glitter Powerbait as far out as you can cast with egg sinker. This time of year first light will be best.

Thanks again it went just as you said ended up with 4 and lost a couple more my son caught 1 and my buddy caught 2 all early then the wind picked up and it went to pot. Still enjoyed ourselves
Glad you had some success. 
Now repeat and see what happens. I find that the more I return to a body of water the more I learn and then I branch out on different methods. Looking forward to more reports.
May sound crazy but I am looking forward to fish the ice here this winter but do plan on trying the highway side before then
