Good report Onehun, sounds like a great day on the lake. Any size to the fish you caught? WH2
Most fish we kept were about15 to 17 inches alot of planters put back. Also 2 small tiger trout put back.
Good for you
, not a lot of folks catch tiger trout while trolling there. WH2
How do they usualy catch them? And are there any big ones in there or are they all recently planted there?
my dad caught a 18" 2 or so pounder last spring trolling so i am sure there are some lunkers in there but like wiperhunter2 said trolling is not the prefered method to catch them probably cause they are more of a shoreline predator.
Was there still alot of water skiers up there???Nice report…
Water skiers were still very bad on saturday but on wednesday it was nice we were off the water by 12 am. I was about ready to kill people on saturday.![]()
trophyboat is right, most folks catch them from shore, bait fishing. I think it has been at least two years and maybe three since they planted the tigers in East Canyon. If they have caught them at two pounds, then there are probably some in there that are three but who knows for sure[:/].
