<br /> Decided late afternoon to take a trip to Nickajack. Called up my friend Joe, who along with Joby met me and we headed to the Nick. When we arrived we were shocked to see huge schools of fish in the jumps. Our mission to fish just for LM quickly dissolved as we started fishing the jumps. Ended up the day (around 1:45 minutes) with just short of 30 fish. Of the 30, we caught a mix of largemouth, striped bass, white bass, and yellow bass. Fish caught on rattle traps, spooks, sammys, and topwater popper baits. Had a great time, and in the process caught two keeper largemouth, one a doozie that made me wish I had not taken the batteries from my scale to use in CFFs.<br /> Great trip on a beautiful day with a friend and mentor. Wish we had gotten started sooner.<br />
