It’s funny how something becomes ‘new’ again. There was an article in BASS and I think they called it “flip-shot”. I used this technique in Texas a couple years ago to suspend a bait in the pockets of shoreline moss. The water was only about 2’ deep and you could see the male guarding the nest. It would stare at the stickbait until I gave the line slack and it would flutter down on the nest and BAM!

We used to fish that way too. We called it Rock Codding and the rigs, with multiple hooks were called Ganions. The fish blew up o0n the way up and their eyes popped out. Cool fishing.
dropshoting a robowrom in nice and deep water is the way to go thats how i caught my 1st real bass 
Roboworm makes awesome finesse baits for drop shot and shaky head! I pretty much stick to Reaction Innovations and Robo Worm for all my soft plastics with the exception of lizards.
