When is the best time of the year to catch walleye on deer creek. What is a go to method for catching them. any tips would be great.
I am not expert (walleyebob is the go to guy), but I have caught a few at DC. I like to use a wallydiver in 12-20 feet of water. Blue catches the most but red has worked before. You will also get small mouth and occasional rainbow to bite these as well. the boat we use has a hard time going slow enough to bottom bounce, (need to get a battery motor) so we use these.

DC gets a lot of boat action, so fish for them at night if possible, or be on the lake and fishing at first light.
