Any update if water is still being let out of deer creek? If the island ramp is launchable? TIA

Driven by the lake several times over the past 2 weeks. The only water craft I could see on the water were  float tubes. At the island ramp the cement ramp ends then there is dry dirt then the water.
Just from observation I would say no launching of anything that requires a trailer.

Which brings up a question of how would the DWR get on the lake if they needed to perform a rescue of some sort?
