Anyone have any info on the thickness of the ice/and or fishing status at Deer Creek?
I have been on the north end. there is 6" of good ice. I have seen people out by the island but I don’t know how thick it is.
Fishing has been slow on the north end. Nice Bows being caught but not too many of them.
There were a few people out in Rainbow bay Tues so I walked out about 200 yards to test the ice. It was about 4 inches thick, and noisey. I stayed closer to the shore to fish for about 2 hours and only caught 1.
