I dont know what fish n coach is talking about “washigton DC” I just dont know.
I fished Deer Creek on sunday, and the lake on the Heber side was entirely ice free. I saw one boat out on the water. There was still some ice on the Provo side of the lake by the dam. Hope that helps.

I was just up at Deer Creek yesterday and the entire lake is ice free now and boat launches are clear and ready to go.
