My guess would be muddier than hell.

as long as it doesnt rain hard today you will have no trouble to the dam, its a little muddy in some spots, but i’ve been up there 3 times in the last month
I went to the lake last sunday and it was still froze solid. Ventured out 10 yards onto the ice and punched a hole. snow and slush was knee deep before i hit any ice
